Thank you for volunteering to help with Calvary Chapel Eastside’s Youth Concert Outreach!
We are excited to have you join us for this special event.

When we receive your registration, we will send you an email message to complete and e-sign your Volunteer Media & Liability Rights Release for this event.
If you are between 14 and 18 years of age, we will also send a Volunteer Permission Form to be completed and submitted by a parent or guardian.
