Would you like to be baptized?
Identifying with Jesus in His death, burial, and resurrection is an important sacrament and opportunity to publicly declare and demonstrate your love for God. Email the Church Office or fill out the form to sign up and be baptized during the 10am service on Easter Sunday!
Learn more and come to our Water Baptism Orientation on April 10th (Palm Sunday), immediately following worship service.
When someone is immersed and then emerges from the water at baptism, they are bearing witness to an inner cleansing and divine empowerment that has already taken place through childlike faith in Jesus as Lord and Savior. Though it doesn't add to our salvation, it is an obedient step that galvanizes our faith in Christ.
We recommend you bring a towel and bathing suit on Easter Sunday. Toward the end of service, you will be dismissed to change clothes in the appropriate restroom. As you approach the exit to those restrooms, you will see a table where you can borrow a towel, trunks, and a Beloved T-shirt. Once you've changed, please return to the sanctuary, where someone will assist you.
During your baptism in our heated spa, you will be asked to affirm your faith in Jesus Christ, which requires a simple “Yes” or “No” answer. At that time, you may also share a word about what Jesus means to you.
Please sign up below and then read these verses as you prepare to participate in this beautiful expression of God's intimate love for you:
“And so John the Baptist appeared in the wilderness, preaching a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins.” ~ Mark 1:4
“John answered them all, “I baptize you with water. But One who is more powerful than I will come, the straps of whose sandals I am not worthy to untie. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.” ~ Luke 3:16
“Having been buried with Him in baptism, in which you were also raised with Him through your faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead.” ~ Colossians 2:12
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” ~ Matthew 28:19-20
